Babenko O’Boyle were commissioned by Sara to improve the function and amenity of her one bedroom bungalow.

An extension to her property was proposed that offered a new aspect onto her garden through a new sun room and patio area. Also incorporated within the extension was a generous shower room to replace the small and inappropriately positioned existing facility, off the kitchen.

The scheme was developed and planning approval and building regulations approval secured.The extension was constructed and completed in 2016.

Sara commented: ‘ I am overjoyed by the transformation of my property. I am now able to more fully enjoy my garden when before I could only view it from my bedroom’.
